What is the RISCCON Affiliate Program?
It is a complete and comprehensive program that has been designed by industry experts to assist and improve Investors with their real estate needs. It gives the investor a professional and polished look while freeing up valuable time in order to do what you do best and that's invest in properties.
Why Do I Want to Choose RISCCON?
RISCCON has gathered all of the best of everything in the Real Estate Industry, we have streamlined the resources and provide them to you at the lowest prices possible. We buy all of our marketing materials in Bulk which reduces your cost. We also provide you with a much more professional image then doing it yourself at a lesser cost. We have the support and the Complete System to make you successful. RISCCON has spent time and hundreds of thousands of dollars developing this system, so Investors can be successful at a minimal cost.
Are the Leads Exclusive?
Absolutely, Risccon takes this process one step further and gives the Investor an Exclusive Territory which is an entire Territory. Any leads that enter the Investors Territory go only to the Investor and we will also show the Investor how to sell a lead if they are not interested in it.
What if the Territory I want is not Available?
RISCCON will back order the Territory for the Investor so when it becomes available they will be the first to have the opportunity to Lock it up. Also once the Investor backorders a Territory, they will become the first source to receive leads that the current Affiliate turns down.
Can I have More Than One Territory?
YES, the Investor is not limited to just One Territory. Each Territory is offered individually and a reduced rate can be discussed with your RISCCON Representative for multiple counties.
Why Do I have Marketing Materials?
We provide the Investor with all the necessary materials to become successful. A local Affiliate is proven to be a leader in their market. The Investor will know the market better than anyone and will be an expert in that region. Use the marketing materials in various ways to generate the most leads possible, the more leads the more the Investor will make.
How Do I get my Marketing Materials?
The Investor receives a complete startup package of all materials needed, and then every month there after a shipment will be sent to the Investor with additional marketing supplies to continue their campaign.
What if I need more Marketing Materials?
Great, our warehouse is stocked with all the materials all of the time. Call us and we will ship your order out immediately. We can also increase your monthly shipments to meet your demands to prevent running out of them.
Why should I use Postcards & Mailing Lists?
Sending postcards to Homeowners that are in a distressed situation is much less threatening than approaching the Homeowner in person or knocking on the door. The homeowner will receive your professionally designed postcard and know that you are interested in purchasing the property and it will give the homeowner time to consider your proposition.
How Do I create a successful Postcard Campaign?
As part of the Affiliate program, RISCCON will provide you with a list on a monthly basis that is update and fresh for distressed homeowners. We pull our lists from various resources searching for the freshest and most recent lists that have distressed homeowner properties. We can also customize a list for you, contact your Representative for additional information.
How often should I mail my Postcards?
A successful postcard direct marketing campaign should be sent to the distressed homeowner a minimum of 3 - 4 times. Most homeowners will not contact you the first time they receive your information, but a constant campaign will show the homeowner that you are professional and serious about buying their property. Also mail the postcards approximately every 2 weeks.
Will RISCCON run my Campaign?
YES, RISCCON can and will run your direct mail campaign, saving you valuable time. Contact your Representative for more information; we will customize a campaign that works for you.
How Does the Communication System Work?
When a Motivate Home Owner calls the 1-888-99-RESOLVE number they are routed to our highly trained call center specialist who answers calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They will be met with a Recorded Message that will make them feel more comfortable about the process, and then they will be transferred to a Live Representative who will speak with them and obtain all of their necessary information. This information is directly loaded into our system and upon completion of the phone call a form will be directly sent to the Investor via email who corresponds with the Territory of the property. We strive to have all Investors return calls within 24 hours or less.
What if a Caller Hangs Up or is Disconnected?
If a call is disconnected and no information is received, our Caller ID system will generate a report to our Corporate Headquarters. A Representative will conduct a reverse search on that phone number, identify the Territory it is registered to and then forward the potential lead to the appropriate Investor. If no information can be obtained, then a Rep will call the number and attempt to save the lead, again forwarding the appropriate information to the Investor.
Is there any Contract?
Absolutely NOT, there is No contract for any specific period of time. However, the Investor is offered discounted pricing for signing a 3, 6, or 12 month contract. The Investor may sign up for a month to month program; however realize that it generally takes approximately 3 months for any advertising campaign to be successful. We encourage a minimum of 3 months. There are no cancellation fees or termination fees; if the Investor signs for a contract period then they will be prorated to the appropriate amount upon early termination.
Why use 1-888-99-RESOLVE?
It has been proven through independent marketing and research studies that the use of a vanity number of any kind increases response rates between 10-15% over that of a typical local number or regular toll free number. Just ask yourself, what's easier to remember? You already know the answer.
How can I make the most of the Leads?
We will work with any investor to assist them in making the most of the leads. First and foremost, this is a people business. The investor must be prompt, courtesy, polite and educated in the industry. Contact the motivated Seller immediately or within 24 hours, this shows the Investor is genuinely interested in assisting the Seller. Be attentive, punctual and responsive to the Sellers needs. Most of all be Professional, more Sellers will work with the Investor if they are Professional and appear that way. Utilize our network of professionals for more ideas on making the most of the leads.
Is this a Franchise and are there Large Startup Fees?
NO, RISCCON, LLC is not a Franchise and there are no large Startup costs, no royalty fees and no additional costs other than what has been outlined in the program.
How does RISCCON differ from a Franchise?
The startup cost for most Franchises in this Industry range from $40,000 to $120,000 before you have even started to make your first deal. Then they may or may not give you an Exclusive Territory, which means you may compete with your own company. RISCCON, has very small start up fees, provides an Exclusive Territory and has a scalable program for the small Investor or the Largest Investor. This System can't be beat.
